This art work made for “The KITCHEN Kanra” located in grand floor of Hotel KANRA Kyoto which opened the end of Oct. 2010 at Karasuma, Kyoto, Japan. In term of start to work, we collected a many amount of sources as flowers and vegetables at “Nishiki-ichiba Market” at central Kyoto that near by “Rokkaku-dori Street” to make it smells Kyoto’s true Atmosphere.

2010年10月 京都烏丸通りにオープンしたばかりのホテル カンラ 京都 1階に併設するレストラン「ザ・キッチン カンラ」のためにオリジナルで制作したアートワークです。本物の京都の食の雰囲気を醸し出すため、六角堂の近くに位置する「錦市場」にて、数々の京野菜を求め、それらを「押花」素材へと転化し、コラージュアートへと昇華しました。
